Khadeeja Islam is a distinguished Global Mobility Leader with over 20 years’ experience shaping international mobility strategy and operations for multinational organisations across the energy, manufacturing, technology, finance, and engineering sectors. She brings deep expertise in global mobility governance, compliance, and programme transformation, delivering scalable frameworks that support global growth and operational excellence.
A recognised authority in expatriate tax and immigration compliance, Khadeeja has led initiatives that ensure regulatory integrity while enabling seamless cross-border talent movement.

Vladimir (Vlad) Dziak is a Global HR leader with an experience gained internationally in large multinational enterprises in Technology, Relocation Consulting and Insurance across European region and within the US.
He is the Head of Global Workforce Deployment & Mobility at a Fortune 500 based in Boston, MA, USA. He manages the overall performance of the programs, team, and vendor partners to achieve critical business and talent goals. Overall support areas include International Mobility, Domestic Relocations within the US, and US & Global Immigration Sponsorship programs.
He is particularly passioned about global HR programs and their role in a talent strategy and workforce planning, broader government programs and impact on talent movement and broader international HR areas (cross-country complexities, regulations, tax and employment laws as well as cultural insights).
Vlad is originally from Slovakia and holds a Ph.D. degree in Romance linguistics in Olomouc, Czech Republic, and global HR certifications (GPHR, SPHRi).

With over 15 years of experience, she has built expertise across Global Mobility, Global Operations, Expansion, Remote Work, and Corporate Travel. Throughout her career, she has held key roles at leading fortune 500 organizations, with a heavy focus on the technology industry. Sandeep is passionate about driving strategic, innovative solutions influencing the shape and future of global mobility.

Governance, Structure & Legal Liabilities Lead

Julia is an international lawyer and leading authority on global mobility. She has a deep understanding of geopolitics, global immigration frameworks and liaises with Government representatives and business leaders around the world.

Julia holds senior Board positions including the Chair of the Board for the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Board member of the Dubai International Chamber. In addition, Julia has substantial charitable leadership experience including serving as Chair of the Board of the International Bar Association's Human Rights Institute Trust and Board member of the Permits Foundation, which advocates for international workforce rights for dependants.

Education has been a long-standing priority in Julia’s professional and charitable work. In addition to supporting global internships and scholarships for international students she has been instrumental in intern programmes to create career pathways in global mobility.

Brian Friedman is a recognised leader in global mobility. A Chartered Accountant by training and a former Managing Partner at leading Big  Four Firms.
Throughout his career, Brian has focused on modernising global mobility, moving it beyond policy administration to become a strategic enabler of talent, inclusion, and workforce agility. He has worked closely with some of the world’s leading organisations to help them navigate complex challenges around international transfers, compliance, employee experience, and cost control.
 Brian champions the use of technology, data, and user-centred design to simplify mobility programs and improve outcomes for both employers and employees. He is particularly passionate about the role of digital platforms and AI in shaping the future of global mobility, and regularly contributes to industry discussions on innovation, workforce transformation, and the evolving expectations of globally mobile talent.
Brian is a trusted advisor, speaker, and collaborator within the global mobility community, known for his pragmatic approach, commercial mindset, and commitment to raising standards across the industry.
Brian holds a Masters degree from Cambridge University and is the author of four books on human resource related issues, including the business best-seller “ Delivering on The Promise - How to attract, motivate and retain Human Capital"
