She has successfully built and transformed global mobility functions, leading initiatives in international assignments, immigration compliance, remote work strategy, strategic workforce planning, and global tax risk management.
Academic Co-Lead
Ezeibe Agomo is an accomplished global mobility and immigration leader with 20 years’ experience supporting complex, multinational organisations across the technology and data centre sectors. With deep expertise in talent mobility, organisational transformation, and international workforce strategy.
Ezeibe has played a pivotal role in shaping programs that enable businesses to scale efficiently and responsibly worldwide.Currently serving in a leadership role within a global technology company, Ezeibe focuses on redefining the future of mobility through strategic alignment, policy innovation, and thoughtful integration of digital solutions.
His work includes leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance compliance, improve the employee experience, and drive operational excellence across global HR functions.In addition to industry experience, Ezeibe is committed to advancing inclusive leadership and developing equitable opportunities within the workplace. He has actively supported diversity initiatives and mentoring programs, cultivating a culture where individuals can thrive and contribute their best.
Event & Networking Lead
He is the Head of Global Workforce Deployment & Mobility at a Fortune 500 based in Boston, MA, USA. He manages the overall performance of the programs, team, and vendor partners to achieve critical business and talent goals. Overall support areas include International Mobility, Domestic Relocations within the US, and US & Global Immigration Sponsorship programs.
He is particularly passioned about global HR programs and their role in a talent strategy and workforce planning, broader government programs and impact on talent movement and broader international HR areas (cross-country complexities, regulations, tax and employment laws as well as cultural insights).
Vlad is originally from Slovakia and holds a Ph.D. degree in Romance linguistics in Olomouc, Czech Republic, and global HR certifications (GPHR, SPHRi).

Sandeep Anand is a recognized leader in Global Mobility, named among the Top 250 Global Mobility Women Leaders; previously also recognized as a Top 100 Global Mobility Innovators and Top 250 Global Mobility Professional.
With over 15 years of experience, she has built expertise across Global Mobility, Global Operations, Expansion, Remote Work, and Corporate Travel. Throughout her career, she has held key roles at leading fortune 500 organizations, with a heavy focus on the technology industry.
Sandeep is passionate about driving strategic, innovative solutions influencing the shape and future of global mobility.

Governance & Structure Lead
Julia is an international lawyer
and leading authority on global mobility. She has a deep understanding of geopolitics, global immigration
frameworks and liaises with Government representatives and business leaders
around the world.
Julia holds senior Board
positions including the Chair of the Board for the London Chamber of Commerce
and Industry and Board member of the Dubai International Chamber. In addition,
Julia has substantial charitable leadership experience including serving
as Chair of the Board of the International Bar Association's Human Rights
Institute Trust and Board member of the Permits Foundation, which
advocates for international workforce rights for dependants.
Education has been a
long-standing priority in Julia’s professional and charitable work. In
addition to supporting global internships and scholarships for international
students she has been instrumental in intern programmes to create career
pathways in global mobility.
