She has deep expertise in global mobility strategy and operations, with particular strength in expatriate tax and immigration compliance, advising on visas, work permits, and cross-border regulatory requirements to enable effective global talent mobility. Khadeeja has been recognised as a Top 250 Global Mobility Corporate Professional (2022), Top 100 Diversity Champion (2023), Top 100 Community Champion (2023), and Top 250 Women Leader (2024). Brian has advised some of the world’s leading organisations on international mobility, compliance, employee experience, and cost control. He champions the use of technology, data, and user-centred design, and is particularly passionate about the role of digital platforms and AI in shaping the future of global mobility. A trusted advisor and speaker, Brian is known for his pragmatic, commercial approach and commitment to raising industry standards. He holds a Master’s degree from Cambridge University and is the author of four books, including the business bestseller Delivering on the Promise.

Petya Pavlova is an internationally experienced global mobility and immigration specialist with over a decade of experience managing cross-border employment, compliance and policy implementation across EMEA and beyond. She has deep expertise in interpreting complex immigration, tax and social-security rules, designing practical mobility policies, and advising senior stakeholders on regulatory risk and governance. Accustomed to working with embassies, consulates and government authorities, Petya combines technical insight with diplomatic communication and cultural awareness. As board liaison on immigration lobbying, she focuses on bringing pragmatic, real-world perspectives to policy discussions and on helping shape fair, effective and business-aligned frameworks.
