She has successfully built and transformed global mobility functions, leading initiatives in international assignments, immigration compliance, remote work strategy, strategic workforce planning, and global tax risk management.

She is known for leading high-stakes programmes where regulatory outcomes matter, turning complexity into control so organisations can scale internationally with speed and confidence.

With two decades of experience in the finance sector, Emmanuel has built his career within Big Four transaction services departments, specialising in performing financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients across a broad range of industries. He now provides these services through his own firm, supporting clients throughout the deal cycle by analysing the underlying performance of target businesses and producing clear, insightful reports that present a normalised view of profitability. His work enables both acquirers and sellers to make informed decisions, understand key value drivers, and navigate transactions with confidence.

Global mobility technology leader with an educational background in Computer Science and deep expertise in compliance and strategic workforce planning. He spent over two decades within the Big 4, leading innovation in global mobility and workforce technology. Benjamin is now the founder of an AI technology company which addresses business travel, global mobility, and strategic workforce planning challenges for service providers and corporates alike. He brings hands-on expertise in AI, automation, and the holistic compliance needed to protect both individual employees and corporate entities. Benjamin is passionate about leveraging technology to simplify cross-border complexity and raise professional standards across the global mobility industry. As CTO, Benjamin will shape the organisation's technology strategy and AI curriculum, ensuring that learning content remains current, practical, and aligned with the latest advancements in automation and compliance technology.
