He now provides these services through his own firm, supporting clients throughout the deal cycle by analysing the underlying performance of target businesses and producing clear, insightful reports that present a normalised view of profitability.
His work enables both acquirers and sellers to make informed decisions, understand key value drivers, and navigate transactions with confidence.

He brings hands-on expertise in AI, automation, and the holistic compliance needed to protect both individual employees and corporate entities.
